Round fourteen selection is now open to the public
Pattern archive, round fourteen

Not everything gets selected

Every garment here was submitted, tested, argued over and voted on by a panel of three before it earned a spot in this collection. Most submissions do not make it this far. The ones that do come apart and reconfigure by design.

Six pieces made it through this round

Every piece below breaks down into separable units. Open one to see how it comes apart and what it is built from.

How a piece gets in

Three rounds. One vote at the end.

The panel is a stylist, a pattern cutter and a physical trainer. All three have to agree before a piece is added to the shop.

Round one

Material review

Every fabric is tested for weight, drape and behavior under repeated movement. Anything that pills, sags or loses shape within thirty wears is sent back.

Pass required
Round two

Fit panel

Five wearers of different builds test range of motion, layering and how the piece holds up across three straight days of actual use.

Pass required
Round three

Final selection

The panel votes in the same room. A single no sends the piece back to the workshop. Only unanimous pieces are released into a lot.
